Philosophy

It’s simple really.  We all want to feel at “home” in our houses and have them be an expression of our own tastes, personal style and experiences.  We also don't want to fear little chocolate fingers or juicy glasses of red wine.

It doesn’t take a fortune to make a house beautiful and it is often best to consider your home room by room.  I believe that having a pulled together home is not a luxury but rather a necessity and it starts one space at a time.  Mindful of clients budgets, time and evolving tastes I strive to make the "aspirational" approachable.   I believe in taking risks but never losing sight of style and comfort.   In my heart, I believe decorating is fun...save the serious stuff for the brain surgeons.

I am addicted to design and have far too many decorating magazines stacked on my bedside table.  I am a mom and happiest when my house is full of laughing children and toothpaste isn’t all over the counter.   Design and creativity have always been my passions and have led me to careers in advertising, corporate branding, marketing and even a certificate as a professional chef.  But it is interior decoration that has long been my passion, hobby and...now happily, my profession.
